The Vajra Demon Subduing Circle formation is inspired by Jin Yong's novel "The Heaven Sword and Dragon Saber."

It was performed by three Shaolin monks—Du'e, Dujie, and Du'nan—working together.

Based on references, we had staff imitate the movements and incorporated AI motion capture to animate the monks.

“Shuō yuè quán chuán” yī shū zhōng, xùshù zuìrén qín guì zài lěng míng zhī yù shòufá de qíngjǐng. Jīngguò tǎolùn yǔ cānkǎo gǔdài huìtú hòu, chǎngjǐng jīngguò tiáozhěng yǔ jiǎnhuà, jiāng guǐ zú yòng jiàowéi kǎtōng fēnggé chéngxiàn, qiě zuǒbiān wèi hán bīng chí, yòubiān wèi tóng zhù.

The novel *The Complete Biography of Yue Fei* describes the punishment of the criminal Qin Hui in the Cold Sea Prison. After discussion and reference to ancient illustrations, the scene was adjusted and simplified, presenting the ghost soldiers in a more cartoonish style, with an icy pool on the left and a bronze pillar on the right.
